Each week’s post contains a link to a Google spreadsheet with data on every single game in the switch store. This data can be sorted, filtered and searched to find exactly what you’re looking for. Some interesting sorts and filters are listed at the bottom of this page. The data columns in the spreadsheet are:
- Title: The name of the game
- Developer: The company that developed the game
- Is new game: Whether the game is newly added since the last post
- Is new deal: Whether the game is newly on sale since the last post
- Price before: The normal, full retail price of the game
- Price after: The price of the game after the discount, if it’s on sale
- Discount %: The discount percentage off of the full retail price, if it’s on sale
- Discount amount: The amount saved on the full retail price, if it’s on sale
- Sale end date: The date when the game is no longer on sale
- Member rating: The IGDB overall rating, as rated by members
- Member rating count: The number of IGDB member ratings
- Critic rating: The IGDB overall rating, as rated by critics
- Critic rating count: The number of IGDB critic ratings
- Nintendo game URL: The URL of the game on Nintendo’s store
- MetaCritic game URL: The URL of the game on MetaCritic
- IGDB game URL: The URL of the game on IGDB
Finally, here are some interesting sorts and filters to help you find the best games.
Sorts
- Sort by “Discount amount” to see the biggest price savings.
- Sort by “Discount %” to see the biggest discount percentages.
- Sort by “Member rating count” to see the games reviewed the most be IGDB members. Higher numbers are more indicative of a game’s popularity.
Filters
- Filter by “Is new deal” to only see games are newly on sale.
- Filter by “Is new game” to only see games that have just been added to the Switch store.
- Filter by games where “Discount %” > 0 to only see games on sale.
- Filter by “Developer” to see just games made by a specific company.
